Become a JanMitra Service Provider

JanMitra means friend of People.   To be a friend, you have to be compassionate and have skills to communicate with people.  Also, you should be proficient in the service you are providing.  The traits essential for the JSPs should be compassion, sensitivity, sympathy, empathy, motivation/caring, distress tolerance, and non-judgment. These skills are essential for service providers to build positive relationships with people and provide a pleasant experience.

Based on the services provided and the JSPs education and orientation,  they are trained in service skills to provide efficient services.

Once the JSP training is complete, they will receive certificate of completion and placed in the services of their proficiency.
